We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team!Position Summary: Provides basic clerical and administrative support to an individual or group of employees.Database to enter orders, composing correspondence, and maintenance of records.Screens incoming calls and arranges appointments and meetings.Follows standard protocols when conducting work and works under immediate supervision.Knowledge of the Printed Circuit Board is a plus. Job Responsibility: Assist in order entry Organize and maintain file systems, files correspondence, and other records.Answers phones and takes messages, fielding/answering all questions.Must have the ability to work flexible hours between 9 am and 6 pm. Skills/Requirements: Able to work in a fast-paced environment Solid computer skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent oral/written communication skills Strong work ethic Highly organized; able to juggle multiple tasks/assignments. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent (required) Three plus years of administration-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
