EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Mason City Police Department is currently accepting applications for Full and Part-Time Patrol Officers. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATION: Must be a United States Citizen Must be at least 21 years of age Part-time or Full-time Police Officer Certification preferred Must possess, or be able to obtain prior to employment, a valid Illinois Driver's License and have a satisfactory driving record Must possess, or be able to obtain prior to employment, a valid Illinois Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) Card Cannot ever have been convicted of any felony offense Cannot ever have been convicted of any misdemeanor offense involving domestic battery Must be a High School graduate or equivalent ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO: Pass an oral interview Pass an extensive background investigation Provide proof of highest level of education obtained Provide proof of military service Provide any supporting documentation of ILETSB certified training STARTING PAY: Base pay $25.00 per hour, increases set by collective bargaining agreement Holiday pay rates, overtime, and other bonus rates apply BENEFIT PACKAGE IMRF retirement Health, Dental, and Vision paid by employer for Full-time employees Vacation, Personal/Sick time allowances Click the Apply Now button to send Resume recblid 1w06tiqg20ovhb6i3mkg0rhrz12v06 PDN-9bfbb385-9300-4134-a1cf-efe1586b6eb3
