This temp-to-hire opportunity can allow you to be a part of our partner company's team that thrives as the world's largest continuous source of semiconductors. Assembly Operator - 1st shift Pay - $19.50 - $22 per hour 7am start time Responsibilities involve safely operating manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment, inspecting die and packages based on various standards using microscopes, training other team members on basic equipment operation, maintaining a well-organized work area, and using computer-based manufacturing systems. Other skills needed to succeed are basic computer skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pay high attention to detail.
