Job Details:Provide legal counsel to clients on labor relations and law matters.Conduct research and writing projects related to traditional labor law issues.Handle grievance arbitration proceedings and collective bargaining negotiations.Represent clients in matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board.Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide effective legal solutions.Maintain client relationships through regular communication and excellent service delivery. Requirements:Membership in the California State Bar.2-4 years of traditional labor law experience.Strong academic credentials.Employment litigation experience preferred. Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Certifications:Membership in the California State Bar. Skills:Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle grievance arbitration and collective bargaining negotiations.Knowledge of labor relations and law.Experience with matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board.Client counseling abilities.Collaboration and teamwork skills.
