Apply today and rise with us ! Compensation , Benefits, & Work Schedule: Guaranteed base salary of $36,000 per year. Base salary is a draw on future commission. Uncapped commission opportunities. Average Sales Representatives can earn an additional $3,000 - 7,000 monthly on top of base salary. Top performing Sales Representatives can average an additional $13,500+ monthly. Top performers earn over $200,000+ annually. Flexible hours. This is a full-time position. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and yet this full-time position will require some Saturdays, early mornings and late afternoons beyond the typical '9 to 5’. Role Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative, your career will involve the following three areas: Phase 1 - Prospecting, Canvassing, and Selling: Get ready to hit the ground running! You will actively generate leads, pursue referrals, perform property inspections, and establish contingency or service agreements. During the initial training phase, you will navigate your personal network to secure appointments, learn and implement our canvassing process to generate leads, and complete our comprehensive onboarding training to ensure your success. Phase 2 - Project Coordination and Contracting: You will collaborate with insurance adjusters, assess project requirements, and create detailed outlines documenting the necessary work and damages for insurance purposes. Your expertise will be vital in formally contracting the job with property owners, ensuring a smooth and seamless process from start to finish. Phase 3 - Estimating, Supplementing, and Expanding Services: Unlock your potential to provide accurate estimates and offer advanced roofing systems. As you develop expertise in estimating and selling other relevant exterior and interior trades such as siding, gutters, and windows, you'll expand your product knowledge and increase your impact. Your contributions will extend beyond roofing, as you assist in collecting progress payments and final checks from property owners. Other Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative at Mighty Dog Roofing, you'll actively contribute to our company's success by providing accurate information, customer feedback, and updates to our dedicated Executive Staff. Your input will play a vital role in shaping our strategies and driving continuous improvement. We'll support your growth every step of the way. Participation in our weekly sales meetings and training sessions will enhance your skills to become a top-performing Sales Representative. Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required. Roofing or Construction Experience preferred but not required. Lead Generation through Cold Calling, Canvassing, and Door Knocking experience preferred but not required. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Sales Representative to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  The Sales Representative should be able to stand, sit at an office space, see, hear, and understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, use office equipment and computers.  The Sales Representative is exposed to typical office working conditions, but will also work off-site using its vehicles as an mobile office.
