New USA Business Announcement: Our brand-new business will operate out of a modern manufacturing facility in Johnson City, Texas, USA. Building upon a rich history of success and innovation, this undertaking will allow us to better serve our existing and established US Water Tank Liner client base, and to bring these world-leading products to new markets and communities. The establishment of this new business marks an exciting chapter in our journey, as we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence and quality craftsmanship on an international scale. Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Fabrication Supervisor to spearhead our initial startup efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping to co-ordinate and establish our production layout, machinery installation and will ultimately manage our Tank Liner production operations moving forward. This is a hands-on role, where you will be on the floor, physically learning our techniques and training your team to ensure the seamless execution of our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of Tank Liner production operations, from planning and scheduling to quality control and logistics. • Work alongside, lead, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to support business growth and expansion efforts. Qualifications: • Proven experience in production supervision or people management, preferably in the industrial textile or manufacturing industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • A preventative maintenance mindset, with a strong mechanical aptitude that can recognize and respond to mechanical issues. • Solid understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
