Currently, we are partnering with a respected company located in Fresno to find a skilled Payroll Clerk/CSR to join their team. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity. Here are the details: Location: Fresno Schedule: Full Time Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Targeted Compensation: $24-28 per hour Excellent benefits package offered, Generous PTO Job Description: Confirm and apply the most recently provided data by company to process payroll for approved job sites and client Communicate, record, and submit payroll to designated departments to process applicable deductions for employees, if applicable. Coordinate with Billing to verify accurate figures and reports are being received with existing strategies used by company Fill out Payroll Processing task list daily and review with Supervisor weekly. Recap any findings and or performance issues to resolve any inefficiencies in current process. Process fiscal year-end reports and reconciles W-2 information for accuracy. Report errors in payroll to direct supervisor. Documents and communicates to correct department any discrepancies in the company’s process for each client. Preform weekly, monthly, quarterly totals. Skills Required: HS Diploma or equivalent 1+years Full cycle payroll experience 3+ years Customer Service MS Office (strong Excel skills) High attention to detail We look forward to reviewing your resume with the highest level of confidentiality!
