Centre Avenue Health & Rehab is located at 815 Centre Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care. We are accepting applications for a Laundry Aide able to work Part Time Flexible schedule Schedule to be discuss at interview Compensation Starting wage between $16.00/hour - $18.00/hour (depending on experience) Comprehensive Benefit P lans Employees who work 24+ hrs. per week qualify for a full range of benefits including. Health , Vision and Dental Insurance Free health care clinics for anyone covered by the healthcare plan 401(k) & Paid Time Off (PTO) Discounts at our pharmacy Discounts at our medical equipment stores Laundry Aide Sorts all soiled linen and personal laundry using gloves. Washes and dry clothes. Folds towels, sheets pillowcases, draw sheets, places resident laundry on hangers. Washes kitchen laundry and housekeeping mops and rags; distributes personal laundry items to rooms. Replenishes linen closet. Cleans laundry area and other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with an education minimum of 8th grade and be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be interested in geriatrics, able to work independently or as a team, and attentive to detail. Must be able to tolerate lifting, pushing, and pulling in the 30-pound range frequently.
