You will work with the HR Manager to contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document management. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions and development programs. Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information. Help with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
