Job Description As a Technical Program Manager in Core Platforms Operations in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in tracking the overall operational health of the business and defining operational improvement programs that drive tangible results.This role will define and manage the critical operating and revenue goals and measures across Core Platforms to underpin our business performance as we continue to grow. Responsibilities include: Managing and maturing the operating cadence across a 5,000+ person business unit to track and assess the operating health of the business Working across teams to identify opportunities to further improve operational performance Identifying and shaping new initiatives to improve performance Identifying key areas for investments or savings Defining, tracking and execution of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve operational objectives Regularly interacting across functional areas with senior management or executives to mature how we run the business and ensure our objectives are met. Required skills Proven experience in driving operational performance improvement at scale leveraging data and generating deep insights Relationship management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills to engage at a senior level Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams, dive deep into the details Ability to work independently across senior leaders to continue to mature a data driven performance culture. Strong customer service and business operational skills Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.11. Paid parental leave12.
