Duties:Handle labor and employment litigation matters.Provide counseling on employment law issues.Assist with class action cases, if applicable.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Participate in firm-wide Attorney Retreat and training programs. Requirements:Juris Doctor degree.Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington.Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class).2+ years of employment litigation and/or employment law counseling experience. Education:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Washington State Bar. Skills:Strong legal research and writing skills.Experience in labor and employment law.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
