YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an individual with a wealth of experience in landscape installation, particularly in hardscape construction, coupled with strong leadership skills. As a Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the installation of diverse landscape features, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship, and upholding a safe working environment. Deliver high-quality workmanship to clients with pride and detail on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborate with supervisors throughout all stages of construction on project requirements, objectives, updates and address any concerns. Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and specifications with precision. Conduct on-site meetings with clients and supervisors to manage project scope and schedule.
