**Salary:** $17 per hour + Commission**Job Description:**As a Leasing Agent/Assistant to Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with leasing activities while also providing support in managing our rental properties. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both leasing and property management while contributing to the success of our team.**Responsibilities:**- Assist with showcasing properties to potential tenants and conducting property tours.- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to schedule viewings.- Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.- Collaborate with leasing agents to negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants.- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property listings and coordinating advertising campaigns.- Help organize and participate in promotional events and open houses.- Support the Property Manager in daily operational tasks, such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.- Assist with property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.**Qualifications:**- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is advantageous.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is a plus.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.**Benefits:**- Competitive hourly wage of $17 plus commission.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.- Comprehensive training and support provided.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow in property management, we encourage you to apply for the Leasing Agent/Assistant to Property Manager position .
