We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Travel RN at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to explore new healthcare settings, work with diverse patient populations, and make a positive impact on the lives of patients in different locations. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing care plan Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and medical records Provide patient and family education Participate in the evaluation and improvement of nursing practices Maintain a safe and clean working environment Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Requirements Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Graduation from an accredited nursing program Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to travel and work in various healthcare settings BLS certification (Basic Life Support) ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) may be required depending on the assignment Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software If you are an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse looking for exciting travel opportunities, we invite you to join our team at NCG Associates. Benefits Location: Rhode Island Class/Area: Travel RN Pay Rate: $1,600 - $1,800 based on experience Desired Start Date: ASAP Length of Assignment: 8 weeks Hours per Week: 40 Shift and Time: 3Shifts, 11:00pm-7:30am Experience required: Minimum of 2years License Required: RI RN or Compact RN License Certificates Required: BLS and AHA Sign on Bonus: on second pay check RTO Offered
