Provide individuals in the community an opportunity to stay out of facilities and stay safe and comfortable at home. Focus on finding and educating our referral sources on home health and home care. Job Summary: The Home Health and Home Care Marketer will work with the Haven marketing team to plan and implement marketing efforts to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities). Posses professional and independent characteristics (as well as team work skills) to keep the marketing flowing smoothly and efficiently. Have the flexibility to know the right solution for every situation. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust. Previous experience in healthcare marketing a plus. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities. Ability to work independently with little supervision but also work as a team.
