We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media marketing and eager to kick:start their career in the field. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing our social media strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities: : Develop and maintain a high level of community engagement across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and any additional platforms adopted) to support growth objectives that increase brand advocacy and awareness.: Assist in creating and executing social media content calendars.: Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities.: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to manage communities and relay relevant information to the marketing team.: Engage with our audience by responding to positive comments, messages, and inquiries, and assign all negative comments and/or questions to our social customer success agents.: Create compelling written content for social media posts.: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.: Stay up:to:date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.: Listen to networks, blogs, and forums for brand mentions and keywords and identify ways to continue adding value for these communities.: Monitor social chatter for the brand, our ambassadors, and industry competitors presence and activity through Meltwater-actively engage in high profile conversations.: Test and learn to maximize the value of partnerships with influencers, NGOs, and industry partners.: Support other marketing initiatives as needed.: Assist with the process' (ingesting, tagging, etc.) of managing assets within Bynder (Digital Asset Management system). Ownership of social asset management.: Collaborate with the internal marketing and customer experience teams on current trends and planning of content creation needs specific to social media. Qualifications: : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or 2+ years equivalent experience).: Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.: Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.: Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.: Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.: Detail:oriented with strong organizational skills.: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross:functional teams.: Prior exper
