Current opportunity: Director of Implementation Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: HYBRID - 3 days in office/ 2 day work from home. What you will do: As the Director of Global Implementation at Workplace Options, you will lead all implementation efforts, overseeing the introduction of new clients, services, and products on a global scale. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities: Oversee international implementations across various markets, including the US and local markets Directly manage a team of implementation managers, specialists, and web developers, fostering collaboration and efficiency Collaborate with key stakeholders to devise innovative solutions, working closely with departments such as Service Delivery, Product Development, IT, and Business Analytics Triage daily inquiries with clear and timely communication, ensuring consistency and effectiveness Assign and monitor workloads for Implementation Managers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently Support improvements and setup of case management efficiency Manage quality assurance of team E nsure system accuracy for accurate financial reporting and clear service delivery expectations Support premier client implementations and act as project manager for organizational projects or acquisitions when necessary Assist with prioritization of exceptions and provide implementation details for capacity planning purposes Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on RFP responses and other ad-hoc requests Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum of two years' experience in a customer-driven, fast-paced environment managing projects or equivalent experience What we offer: At Workplace Options, we don’t just deliver wellbeing services to our clients, we champion wellbeing for our own employees as well.
