Lunds & Byerlys Lake Mills is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Production Worker II to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $22.00/hr. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm. PRODUCTION WORKER II RESPONSIBILITIES Our Production Worker II's are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Preparing and packaging a wide range of chef-crafted recipes Ensuring productive workflow Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance Creating a welcoming and safe environment Maintaining a clean and safe work area OUR IDEAL PRODUCTION WORKER II Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Prior manufacturing experience Prior food manufacturing experience preferred Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to interpret and follow recipes and procedures Knowledge of culinary practices and terminology preferred ABOUT LUNDS & BYERLYS Family-owned for over 80 years, Lunds & Byerlys is a grocery retailer rooted in the family tradition of quality, value, and service .
