The Role The Purpose of the Role: • To Partner Implementation, Regional & Store teams through operational transition of stores investment with an unrelenting focus on customer centricity, colleagues and best in class execution. • Ensure retail colleagues have regular and structured communication throughout the end-to-end critical path. • To co-ordinate, support and oversee all de-merchandising and merchandising activity for store investments. • Maintain maximum customer offer during pre-closure enabling periods, trading refits and champion a customer first, both internal and external, mindset for all programme and phasing activity. • Adhere to company merchandising standards at all times, calling out any risks and/or to customer look, feel and shopping experience. • Submit weekly reporting to programme teams on progress, risks & issues. • Develop and share programme/project progress and dashboard reporting. • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are in place for stores at completion. • Ensure all snagging/defect issues are raised and quick project close out is achieved. • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from any business area or work stream. • Work closely and in partnership with the wider project teams for all store investment.
