Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 10:30 PM-7:30 AMHourly Rate: $20.65 an hour Job Summary :The Sanitation position is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including cleaning, sanitizing, and rinsing equipment and production areas promptly while following all safety regulations and ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met. This position is third shift. You will report to the Sanitation Team Leader. You will work on site in the Council Bluffs facility. Compensation: Starting pay up to $20.65 per hour + $0.70 Attendance Bonus. Location You will be onsite at the facility located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Rotations between departments can occur based on production needs. Essential Job Functions: Work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position Follow instruction Work individually along with teamwork Move up to 50 pounds Work in extreme environments and from heights Job Responsibilities: Clean, sanitize and inspect production equipment and areas promptly Obtain all necessary tools to clean in place (e.g., chemicals, utensils) Assemble/disassemble equipment Rinse and clean all conveyors, rollers, hoppers with high pressure hoses Clean and rinse drains in assigned areas Clean, rinse, and sanitize all tools and utensils Remove all excess water, grease, and other materials Perform general housekeeping in accordance to 5s Follow LOTO procedures Skills Required: Knowledge of GMP's and plant safety Will be LOTO certified Understanding of damage/loss Knowledge of 5s principles Knowledge of chemical awareness MSDS Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GEDExperience Required: Minimum 3 months production or related experienceAnticipated Close Date: July 1, 2024Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa Our Benefits: We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role: Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insurance Wealth: great pay, 401(k) and stock purchase plan Growth: online courses, virtual and on-site development experiences Balance: paid-time off Our Company: Conagra Brands is oneofNorth America's leading branded food companies.
