A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS application, CRM experience preferred Technical understanding of underlying data and customization frameworks required to enable a successful CRM Experience driving end-to-end strategic transformation within a product Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies, with experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
