Key Responsibilities: Build scalable search capabilities and mentor the team Design and implement high-quality backend services Resolve product issues and maintain a customer-focused approach Required Qualifications: 12+ years developing large-scale applications with an emphasis on enterprise search 5+ years in a lead or senior staff engineer role focused on search technology Experience with object-oriented languages and frameworks, particularly Java Experience developing enterprise search applications in a cloud environment Strong knowledge of search metrics and search ranking systems
