Day to day as aN Accounting Clerk As an Accounting Clerk at Monumental Markets, you can expect to handle tasks such as data entry, reconciling financial statements, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and generating financial reports. You will work diligently to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing you with a structured work routine to excel in your responsibilities. What matters most To excel as an Accounting Clerk at Monumental Markets, you should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software. Experience supporting billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and involvement in month-end closing processes is essential. You will need to demonstrate expertise in reconciling accounts and analyzing discrepancies effectively. Furthermore, the ability to collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and identify cost-saving opportunities is crucial. Your role will involve providing vital support to the accounting team, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
