NEW WAGE INCREASE - starting at $22.20/hour Osseo Area Schools is seeking Child Care Instructors for our K-5 before and after school programs and preschool all-day program! As a Child Care Instructor, you will collaborate with Program Managers to implement curriculum and provide supervision to children in our program. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging programming to meet children's needs Foster relationships with parents/guardians, students, and school staff Lead group activities and maintain a safe, clean environment Keep program records such as attendance and schedules Pay & Schedule: Competitive pay starting at $22.20/hour Monday to Friday shifts, no weekends Preschool program: Full-time from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Benefits: Paid holidays for employees working 10.5+ hours per week Sick time and vacation time Health and dental insurance for full-time employees (32+ hours/week) Mentorship programs for professional growth Career growth opportunities within the district Qualifications: Preschool program: 2 years of credit towards Bachelors degree, 1 year of related work experience in a preschool setting Experience planning and implementing educational activities for children Minimum age: 18 years At Osseo Area Schools, you'll have the opportunity to shape young minds and build a rewarding career in child care.
