Better Car People is an innovative technology company strategically positioned to take advantage of opportunities with software-focused solutions in the automotive sector. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Dealer Success Manager who is responsible for consistent dealer outreach. They act as the primary liaison between Better Car People and our customers, fostering and strengthening relationships, growing account revenue, and generating new business opportunities. This position offers: Competitive salary with bonus Exceptional benefits package with 401k matching Paid time off Office hours are Monday through Friday, and travel and on-site visits are variable. Approximately 50% travel is required This position requires: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with contacts at dealerships at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Friendly and outgoing demeanor in person and over the phone A positive and confident attitude Self-starter; able to work independently Previous work experience in account/client management, project management or relevant experience Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, or other) Working knowledge of the automotive dealership industry/dynamics Working knowledge of the Google Drive product suite Ability to schedule own business travel - transportation, accommodations, etc. What this position does: Responsible for reviewing and discussing program trends, merchant partner lead generation, staff training, product knowledge, onsite and virtual tech support, automation upgrades, and marketing ideas/campaigns. Increase engagement with BCP customers by reminding them of the value of our products by communicating metrics and successes. Ensure BCP consistently delivers agreed services to clients and works hand in hand with the support and production departments. Serve as an integral part of improving the customer experience at BCP, with the end goal of decreasing cancellations, increasing customer retention, generating referrals, and upselling throughout the customer's life cycle. Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers regarding the service we provide and finding the best solution for the customer. Maintain excellent knowledge of BCP products and services to understand the customer’s needs. Perform a variety of tasks related to process implementation and improvement for current customers. Brainstorm and develop ways to engage BCP clients to improve the customer experience.
