For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager • Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner • Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals • Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions Qualifications: • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required • Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful• Experience working in sales is required• Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation• Must be currently life, health, series 6, series 63, or series 7 licensed or able to obtain within one year• Must currently be within position compensation range Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly About Company: As a mutual company, with no investors or outside owners, New York Life is uniquely aligned with our client's interests and priorities.
