Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely• Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes• Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments• Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Professional in attitude and appearance• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license• Bilingual Spanish/English• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000+ yearly About Company: Founded in 2013, Dan Chin Homes established success by listening to customers' needs & implementing innovative marketing strategies.
