The ideal candidate should possess superior oral and written communication skills, proficiency in legal research using various sources including Westlaw and the Internet, an understanding of litigation procedure, and membership with the Florida Bar. Duties:Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Internet, and other sources.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Assist in the preparation of cases for trial.Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings.Participate in case strategy development.Manage caseload and deadlines effectively. Requirements:Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.1+ years of experience in civil litigation, family law cases, and criminal defense.Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw, Internet, and other sources.Strong oral and written communication skills.Understanding of litigation procedure. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.
