We are looking for a pleasant and friendly person to immediately fill the role of Part-time Receptionist to join our team! As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for all receptionist duties at the front desk of our Headquarters Service Center (HQSC). Duties & Responsibilities: * Be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building by greeting, communicating and welcoming all guests and team members * Answers and directs all incoming calls to the correct department and/or team member * Assist, as needed, in reserving Conference Rooms at HQSC on Microsoft Outlook calendar * Handles all HQSC fleet car reservations * Maintains visitor list * Ensure that the customer needs are met * Serve as a role model and advocate for the company * Various duties as assignedRequirements: * Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and multitask * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word to include Word, Excel and Outlook * Pleasant and strong voice * A professional, courteous and positive image * Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess strong organizational skills * Strong communication, time management and listening skills * Must be a team player and maintain good relationships with fellow AVI team members * Ability to make decisions and problem solve during high demand situations. * Work independently or without supervision and within a teamBenefits: AVI offers: * A family culture and atmosphere * Competitive compensation * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members * 401(k) with generous company match * Paid vacations and holidays * Immense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
