Bethel Fellowship Church is currently looking for a youth pastor. This will be a full-time position, with a primary focus on youth from 7 th through 12 th grade. Located in a country setting in Missouri, between Versailles and Tipton, Bethel Fellowship Church has been an active part of the community for many years. Our weekly average attendance is approximately 150 people. Our youth group currently averages 25-30 youth each week. The youth meet once a week and are involved in outreach and mission projects. The size of the youth group is expected to expand over the next several years, and there is a great opportunity for outreach in our area. Qualifications and expectations are: Acknowledge Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior Seminary or Bible education a plus but not required Agree with Bethel’s Statement of Faith Have an engaging and friendly personality and exhibit excellent people skills 40 hours per week is expected Must pass a background check Prepare and provide weekly lessons and sermons in the youth group setting.
